يتضمن التطبيق مساعداً طبياً ذكياً مدعوماً بـ Google Gemini AI. إليك ما يجب معرفته:

• عند كتابة سؤالك أو أعراضك، يُرسَل النص إلى خوادم Google Gemini لمعالجته
• نحن لا نخزّن محادثاتك مع المساعد الذكي على خوادمنا
• لا يُشارك نص محادثاتك مع أي طرف ثالث آخر غير Google Gemini
• استخدام المساعد الذكي يخضع أيضاً لـ سياسة خصوصية Google
• المساعد الذكي لا يُشخّص الأمراض — بل يقترح تحاليل ويُحيلك للطبيب المختص

يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) لإرسال إشعارات تخصّ طلباتك (مثل: تأكيد الطلب، جاهزية نتائج التحاليل).

• يمكنك تفعيل أو إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق
• لا نرسل إشعارات تسويقية أو إعلانية غير مطلوبة
• رمز FCM الخاص بجهازك لا يُستخدم إلا لإرسال إشعارات ذات صلة بطلباتك

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض تجارية. البيانات تُشارك مع الأطراف التالية فقط وبالقدر الضروري:

• Hostinger (استضافة الخادم): لتخزين البيانات في بيئة آمنة ومحمية
• Google Firebase: لخدمة الإشعارات الفورية فقط
• Google Gemini AI: لمعالجة استفسارات المساعد الطبي الذكي فقط

• بيانات حسابك تُحتفظ بها طالما حسابك مفعّل
• سجلات الطلبات والتحاليل تُحتفظ بها لأغراض طبية وقانونية لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
• سجلات الأمان تُحتفظ بها لمدة 90 يوماً للتحقيق في أي اختراق
• عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً مع الاحتفاظ بما يلزم قانونياً

كمستخدم للتطبيق، يحق لك:

• الوصول: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية المخزنة
• التصحيح: تعديل بياناتك من خلال شاشة "الملف الشخصي" في التطبيق
• الحذف: طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك عبر التواصل معنا
• الاعتراض: الاعتراض على أي معالجة لبياناتك لا تعتبرها ضرورية
• إيقاف الإشعارات: في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق
• تصدير البيانات: طلب نسخة من طلباتك وسجل تحاليلك

لا يستهدف التطبيق الأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة. ولا نجمع بيانات عن قصد من هذه الفئة العمرية. إذا علمنا بذلك، سنحذف البيانات فوراً. إذا كنت ولياً أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك سجّل في التطبيق، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً.

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة بشكل دوري لتعكس التغييرات في التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية. سنُخطرك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقةً على السياسة الجديدة.

• To process your medical test orders and track their status
• To send you order-related notifications (with your consent)
• To power the AI Medical Assistant that suggests appropriate tests based on your symptoms

• To improve service quality and app development
• To comply with applicable legal requirements in Iraq

• All communications secured via HTTPS / SSL
• Authentication via JWT tokens with limited validity
• Rate Limiting: max 5 login attempts per minute, 3 registration attempts per minute
• Comprehensive security logs to detect suspicious activity
• Automatic IP blocking for intrusion attempts

• Databases secured with strong passwords on Hostinger servers

The app includes an AI-powered medical assistant powered by Google Gemini AI. Here's what you need to know:

• When you type a question or describe symptoms, the text is sent to Google Gemini servers for processing
• We do not store your AI chat conversations on our own servers
• Your conversation text is not shared with any third party other than Google Gemini
• Use of the AI assistant is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• The AI assistant does not diagnose diseases — it suggests tests and refers you to qualified physicians

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications related to your orders (e.g., order confirmation, test results ready).

• You can enable or disable notifications at any time from the app settings
• We do not send unsolicited marketing or advertising notifications
• Your device's FCM token is only used to send order-related notifications

We do not sell your personal data or share it for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with the following parties and only to the extent necessary:

• Hostinger (Server Hosting): For secure data storage
• Google Firebase: For push notification services only
• Google Gemini AI: For processing AI Medical Assistant queries only

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Order and test records are retained for at least 5 years for medical and legal purposes
• Security logs are retained for 90 days to investigate any breaches
• Upon account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, retaining only what is legally required

As a user of the app, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your stored personal data
• Correction: Update your data via the "Profile" screen in the app
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
• Objection: Object to any processing of your data you don't consider necessary
• Notifications: Disable notifications at any time from within the app
• Data Export: Request a copy of your orders and test history

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered in the app, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes via an in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable regulations on personal data protection and healthcare in Iraq.
